By accessing or using PulseRank (including the web dashboard, browser tools, and REST API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. Metric Data & Fair Use
PulseRank provides domain authority metrics, spam score calculations, and technical analysis for lawful SEO research, competitive intelligence, and webmaster auditing. Automated scraping of our web UI without an authorized API plan is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscription & Credits
Paid subscription plans grant monthly metric credit allowances. Unused credits may roll over up to 2x the monthly quota as specified in your tier. Account sharing beyond licensed team seats is subject to suspension.
4. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Maintenance schedules and incident updates are posted to our public status dashboard. API Enterprise tier users are backed by a contractual 99.9% uptime SLA.
